Talent hoarding

Talent is precious. More precious is flourishing it. It should be given freedom to grow, opportunity to learn. Talent is like a river. It is better to flow.

Talent stuck at one place is slowly decay its significance. Skill deteriorates. It is neither good for talent nor for hoarder.

Many people are misfit and still being used. IN such cases company loses competitive advantages. In any bureaucratic environment, it slowly dies.

Let them fly and grow. If you can’t use them, other man or company can use. Company can use it well by talent rotation. Let new people try new areas. People want to learn and explore. Give them chance.

Right now , single field experts are reducing , people appreciate multiskilling. Every 5-6 years , technology is changing so the jargon. New competitive playground is emerging every few years. Every 8 years one recession is coming. Where is time to hoard and experiment talent? Let them flow. Some one else will use it well.
