Each of us is unique and has a different thinking style. No one style is better than another. When people know their thinking preferences and can use an organised thinking framework, there are definite individual and organisational advantages. They can use Whole Brain® Thinking to capitalise on their own preferences and tap into those of others. The Herrmann Whole Brain Profile (HBDI) - is one of the most powerful and flexible diagnostic tools available.
