Rebirthing
Rebirthing is a form of healing that was discovered in California during the 1970s. It was originally called “Rebirthing,” because during a session, the original birth trauma will often resurface. By continuing to breathe in a connected fashion, this trauma can then be released, allowing emotional, mental & physical healing to occur. The original rebirthing sessions were performed mostly in hot tubs, in order to simulate the womb experience, but nowadays dry land rebirthing is considered to be equally as effective. Rebirthing is a deceptively simple, yet extremely powerful form of healing.
Reflexology
A reflexologist joins the silent dialogue within your body by the skillful application of pressure to specific points in the feet, hands and/ or ears. Reflexology is more than just a good foot massage. Reflexology may be used for preventive care or in response to emotional stress or physical problems. It is also classed a complementary therapy (something added for completeness) to any other therapies – i.e. medical or chiropractic. Reflexology promotes the body’s ability to adapt and balance in times of stress. Most people in these busy times do not take time to relax and let go of tension and stress.

Rolfing affects the body’s posture and structure by manipulating the myofascial system (connective tissue). Research has demonstrated that Rolfing creates more efficient muscle use, allows the body to conserve energy, and creates more economical and refined patterns of movement. Rolfing has also been shown to significantly reduce chronic stress, reduce spinal curvature in subjects with lordosis (sway back), and enhance neurological functioning.

Vastu Shastra
Vastu Shastra is an environmental and architectural science written about some seven to ten thousand years ago in a body of knowledge called the Vedas – ancient wisdom texts from India. The science of Vastu is based on the affects of the electromagnetic grid, the North and south poles and the impact the rays of the sun, moon, and planets have on our physiology and consciousness. Vastu also takes into consideration the effect the five elements (earth, air, water, fire, and space) have on our health, well-being, and productivity. These elements make up everything on our planet. We are also made of these same five elements.
